This year we will be presenting our continuous VFFS packaging machine, the T2-701, with integrated gravimetric double belt weigher for precise fast dosing of all types of bulk goods.
With this configuration, it is possible to bag up to 1,650 bags per hour, e.g. 15 kg of wood pellets.

More highlights

In addition to the basic machine, we will be presenting further highlights such as the integration of up to 6 thermo-transfer printing units to create maximum flexibility in the labelling area on the flat film. In addition, flat film embossing enables the bags to be vented while at the same time providing anti-slip protection on the pallet so that the bags interlock with each other on the pallet and do not slip. This also makes the pallet safer for further processes. A unique feature of our system is the adjustable forming shoulder. With this shoulder, it is possible to produce different flat film widths and therefore different bag sizes with just one forming set. The shoulders can be adjusted manually or automatically.

Dosing and bagging

Of course, we also have innovations in the dosing and bagging of soil products. Due to the given trend of using more peat substitutes, the products are changing more and more. This brings with it new requirements for our dosing technology, as the product behaves differently, especially due to additives containing fibres.

Top performance

To continue working at top performance, we have developed an automatically height-adjustable levelling system and inlet slides. These are there to ensure that no bridges form in the product and that the product carpet is kept at a constant level to achieve even better dosing accuracy.

Growbags

The use of growbags is also becoming increasingly popular. To enable our customers to offer a variety of layouts for growbags, we have optimised the synchronous perforation within the machine so that a variety of layouts with different punching tools are possible.
