T2-702 with gravimetric dosing

The T2-702 vertical continuous packaging machine with an integrated double belt weigher was specially developed for bagging gravimetrically dosable products. Due to the standard stainless steel design, almost any free-flowing product is possible.

The system is especially characterized by its high accuracy even at high speed, by its flexibility and by its reliability. As a result, this can be effectively used in a packaging line.

The scale is integrated into the machine control system and can be operated via the 15″ Power Panel (HMI).

  • Fully automatic adjustment of the control mark reader on the film via the HMI—no intervention in the machine’s safety circuit.

  • Fully automatic application of the longitudinal sealing system during format changes—no burnt seams due to incorrect spacing
