T2-702 with volumetric dosing

The T2-702 vertical continuous motion form fill and seal (VFFS) machine with a volumetric belt feeder is suitable for all bulk goods that are bagged volumetrically. The belt feeder is fully integrated into the machine control system and communicates with the machine as well as with the feeder. With integrated level sensors, it communicates signals such as product shortages.

Thanks to continuous development, the belt filler can be adapted to different products and therefore has a modular design. The use of different equalization options depending on the raw material is modular and can be freely configured and easily converted even while the machine is in use. Based on our experience, we offer a basic configuration for each product.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, which makes the use of the machine very flexible.

  • Dosing belt with a width of 450 mm

  • Speed-controlled equalizing rollers with integrated overload protection

  • Radial slide for exact cutting of the product flow

  • Level probes for detecting the product level in the storage hopper, maximum capacity 200 liters.

  • 4 level probes control and regulate the product infeed

  • Discharge hopper with T2 inner tube locking system

  • Fully automatic adjustment of the control mark reader on the film via the HMI—no intervention in the machine’s safety circuit.

  • Fully automatic application of the length sealing system during format changes—no burnt seams due to incorrect spacing
