T2-1602P hybrid baler

The T2-1602P is a hybrid baler. The baler can produce bales from 5 to 250 liters with a pressing power of up to 16,000 kg. The hybrid baler can also be used as an intermittently operating machine, so product can be packed loose filled.

As an option, each T2 packaging machine can be reached via remote maintenance.

Diagnoses & production data as well as any error messages can be viewed and fixed via the remote maintenance tool.

Furthermore, program updates can be sent over-the-air and integrated.

Using a remote maintenance tool increases production flexibility and saves important production time.

with the optional tendency control of the infeed control, the product flow can be controlled depending on the speed, so that the right amount of product is always in the belt feeder.

the physical cutting points are located above the supply hopper and after the outfeed conveyor of the ready made bags.

We communicate as standard with feeders and palletizers (releases, etc.), optionally we can also control and supply all drives of the feed line incl. hoppers and reels.

we supply our machines worldwide and mechanically set them up as well as put them into production.

Delivery time varies from product and equipment, usually about 4-6 months. Depending on the machine, we can also realize a shorter delivery time.
