Belt feeder upgrade for small quantities and fibrous products

We are constantly developing our dosing systems to meet the needs of the products on the market.

The use of a laser-controlled variable slide valve keeps the inflow of the product constant and brings it to a constant height level by means of height-adjustable paddles, as a result of which the product is metered into a continuously running carpet and can be cut precisely.Due to the demand from our customers for smaller packaging sizes between 1 and 5 liters, we have equipped the belt dispenser with an upgrade package to be able to dispense both small and fibrous products (e.g. wood or coconut fiber) very precisely.

The use of a laser-controlled variable slide valve keeps the inflow of the product constant and brings it to a constant height level by means of height-adjustable paddles, as a result of which the product is metered into a continuously running carpet and can be cut precisely. The height of the paddle is adjusted to the desired height of the product carpet so that it is held evenly. For small volumes, the distance is kept as small as possible in order to achieve an accurate result with a high output speed.

Thanks to the laser-controlled, height-adjustable pusher, dosing of products containing fibers is also possible. This prevents bridging due to fibers of different lengths.
