Industrial dust extraction
In able to remove dust from the product during dosing and to keep the sealing areas of the film dust-free, the industrial dust extraction system consisting of a radial blower and high-quality, flexible piping provides a significant product quality as well as performance advantage.
A cyclone was developed to be able to feed the extracted product particles, which are usable, back into the bagging system, especially in the peat area. Inside the cyclone, the product particles are settled and discharged through an Apex Kone. Under the cyclone can be placed an undercarriage box, but also a conveyor belt.
