Synchronous Flat Film Embossing Unit T2-SP4

Synchronous film embossing uses embossing or/and needle heads to emboss nubs and very small holes in the film to ensure good ventilation of the bags and to prevent slipping on the pallet.

Because of the bond created by the nubs when stacking the bags, the bags are safe on the pallet.

Technical data

  • four heads are possible in the standard

  • Embossing head embosses nubs in the film, can be switched on and off with its own compressed air circulation system

  • Needle head needles film very finely, can be switched on and off with its own compressed air circulation system

  • Creates good ventilation of the bags

  • by interlocking the bags on the pallet prevent slipping
